TEACHER PROGRAMME
The teaching profession has changed dramatically over the past decade. As the role has evolved it has also become more demanding, resulting in increased stress levels. This engaging workshop equips teachers and managers with the latest evidence-based strategies to combat stress and enhance their wellbeing.
Participants engage in a range of exercises to recognise stress in their lives. We explore steps to reduce these effects, including the importance of sleep, work practices and relaxation techniques. We also explore ways to manage our time more efficiently to increase our sense of satisfaction inside and outside the classroom.
1. Stress: spotting the warning signs
2. Rest: taking time out
3. Digital wellbeing
4. Creative time management
5. Self-care: prescriptions for calm teaching
